A spin-out from Sheffield University, has designed a website for telecoms regulator Oftel which provides telecoms advice to SMEs - www.telecomsadvice.org.uk.
It now has over 200 hundred pages of information and 500 links to other useful websites, including many telecoms companies. The website is relevant because nearly 40% of SMEs online use an unmetered package, and now 92% of medium businesses and 54% of SMEs have a Net connection.
