brand abuse and websites containing critical comment or false

vaunted Small Business Research Initiative
Twelve months after the Government announced the Small
Business Research Initiative (SBRI) in the Science and Innovation
White Paper - in which government departments and research
councils would aim to procure at least 2·5% of their
relevant research requirements from SMEs, very little progress
