Imperial Innovations raises £30m

Imperial Innovations, the technology commercialisation business quoted on London’s Alternative Investment Market, has raised £30m after successfully placing more than 8.1 million of its shares with institutional investors. The company plans to use the new funds to invest further in its existing spinout portfolio as well as future intellectual property emerging from London’s Imperial College and other sources.
